    In this free webinar, agricultural historian Josiah Pollock, and Puyallup Tribal Sustainability Director Kalicia Bean and Agroecology Program Coordinator Chris Madden will each share their perspective on what we can learn from the history and current cultivation of the Pacific crabapple and domesticated apple trees in our region. Please join us for this conversation!

    This webinar is hosted by Tacoma Tree Foundation and Job Carr Cabin Museum to mark the orchard planting in Old Town Park. It is made possible through Tacoma Creates and the Washington Trust for Historic Preservation.

    We're celebrating 25 years at Job Carr Cabin with Tacoma Heritage Days. On 4/18, help us plant an orchard in Old Town Park honoring Job Carr's legacy of fruit tree cultivation in Tacoma in partnership with Parks Tacoma, Puyallup Tribe of Indians, Tacoma Tree Foundation, and with support from Washington Trust for Historic Preservation.
